Ga-West, Amasaman & Konkon  – Waste  to  Energy Project

The Ga-West, Amasaman Waste to Energy Project is Techmarobea Product Africa Limited (1D1F) Government of Ghana Initiative project that will  convert  waste products into diesel fuel, Biogas and Compost Fertilizer  using tried and  tested technology. The project will solve waste disposal issues and greatly improve the environment, whilst providing a valuable service to local authorities and a profitable operation for the company.

Funds are  being provided by Kylla BV, GIEK, Nudfund and in partnership with Cambi  for the  construction of the  nine project which Konkon is one. Konkon -Amasaman  site has already been  acquired for the development; building construction of a waste-to-energy plant  which will be, commissioned and tested, prior to operations commencing. The duration from site acquisition to commencement of operations will be twelve months.
