AMA   – Waste  to  Energy Project

The AMA- Agbobloshie  Waste to Energy Project  is one of Techmarobea Products Africa Limited’s (1D1F) Ghana Government Initiative Project out of 10 we are developing in partnership with the Government of Ghana. We will  convert  waste products into diesel fuel, boi- gas and Compost Fertilizer  using tried and  tested technology. The project will solve waste disposal issues and greatly improve the environment, whilst providing a valuable service to the local authority and provide a profitable operation for the company.

Funds are required to finance the planning and construction of the project. A suitable site will require the development; construction of a waste-to-energy plant that will be  acquired to be  commissioned and tested, prior to operations commencing. The duration from site acquisition to commencement of operations will be twelve months.

• Opportunity: Waste disposal is an immense Traditional land-fill methods cause severe adverse effects to the environment and the local population, as well as being a financial burden on local authorities.

• Mission: The Company aims to provide an inventive solution to waste disposal problems, resulting in job creation, an improvement to the environment, a valuable service to the local authorities and energy

• Solution: Innovative technology will be used to convert waste products into diesel fuel which will be sold.
• Revenue will be generated from fuel sales and waste disposal charges.
• Market Focus: The market of the project is the The AMA- Agbobloshie  metro  in the Republic of Ghana.

• Expected Returns: Financial projections show that the project is viable and profitable. Profits of US$7m are forecast for year 1, increasing to US$10m in year 3. Detailed financial projections are included in our business plan.

Techmarobea Products Africa Limited is a company incorporated in Ghana with its registered office at 127/B Ofankor, Accra.

• Company Summary: The company was formed to carry out waste-to-energy projects in Ghana.  The third project will be based in The AMA- Agbobloshie  , Ghana.
• Mission Statement: The guiding principles of the company are to provide waste disposal solutions using modern technology which will convert waste to energy and improve the environment, create employment and offer an energy production method as a viable alternative to traditional methods.

It has been identified as having a fast-developing economy, governed by a forward-thinking authority who appreciate that a modern solution to waste disposal is vital to enhance its progressive approach. • Management Team: The company’s management team is set-out in appendix 3 to this business plan and includes personnel who are highly experienced in the waste recycling
